Natural Silk Yarn

Silk is a natural protein fibre, some forms of which can be woven into textiles. The protein fiber of silk is composed mainly of fibroin and is produced by certain insect larvae to form cocoons. This yarn is recycled from silk fibres and not dyed or bleached. It’s handspun by craftswomen in India.

Each skein weighs 100 grams.
